Taisei Kako has been certified with ISO9001 (Quality Management Systems) in order to guarantee quality in all processes, and Medical Div. and Minoh Plant (Medical device manufacturing group) have been certified with ISO 13485 (Quality Management System for Medical Devices).
We promptly analyze customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions for incorporating these actions to manufacture better products.
In addition, we establish the GMP Committee based on the "Good Manufacturing - Standards for Manufacturing Control and Quality Control of Pharmaceuticals.", and each plant also organizes its own GMP committee to identify problems, study and implement corrective and preventive actions proposed on the basis of an annual activity plan.
We have been also certified with ISO14001 (Environmental Management System) for our head office site, Minoh Plant, Gifu Plant, Akechi Plant, and Hadano Plant in order to achieve "Earth-Friendly Environmental Preservation”
