Taisei Medical Co., Ltd. (Medical Ibaraki Plant) manufactures mainly glass and plastic prefilled syringe as an affiliate company of Taisei Kako Co., Ltd.
Our business origin goes back to the manufacture of glass prefilled syringe in 1999 and we advanced into the business of plastic prefilled syringe in 2005. In 2014, we released plastic syringe with needle, which integrated with syringe and needle first in the world. Since then, we have been expanding our business not only in the domestic market but also in the global markets.
The basic concept of our manufacturing system is “full automation production”, which works automatically without any human intervention from molding of plastic raw material to quality inspection, assembly of parts and packaging. This realizes our clean products production.
With the succession of the molding techniques which Taisei Kako have cultivated over a long period, we are always trying to provide more valuable products by integrating the automation techniques and IoT which are required in the current era and contributing to human health.
Safety and health of our employees are the top priority in the plants, and various work styles, for which the work-life balance is taken into consideration, are offered.
