Containers made of Aluminium Tube (hereinafter called "AL tube") have good properties of prevention from penetration of UV lights, air (gas), and air (water vapor), and furthermore have functions of non-airbag, portability and usability. We manufacture many kinds of AL tubes by the fully-automatic manufacturing machines under the clean environment state based on both GMP and our strict quality control system.

We have been dealing with standard mono-and two-layer of AL tubes (PE inner tube is used). On the two-layer AL tube, for the purpose of protecting the content preparation from the outer intrusion, we developed it and have been supplying it (the two-layer AL tube) for 40years.
On the 5th Generation of EMS two-layer Al tube, water base emulsified PE paint is coated on the inner surface, and this makes possible to lower the environmental burden (VOC free) and to prevent the content preparation. It is possible to supply you a wide range of our portfolios from both mono-and two-layer Al tubes to meet your your request of uses and to maintain the environmental persistence.

【Advantages】

  • Triple-coating is available on the inner surface. The content is highly preserved.
  • To cope with the environmental hormone problems, inner-surface coating is practicable.
  • On acidity / alkalinity of the content, our own technology of inner-surface coating makes possible to have wide range of chemical resistance.
  • No blocking phenomenon occurs between the tubes.
  • Due to closing a cap by auto capper, the torque value is stable.
  • One-way shrink film packaging / returnable plastic box (applicable to use in sterilization) is available. (For domestic use)
  • Applicable to use in the packaging of irradiation sterilization container.
  • Applicable to use in the returnable plastic box connected to a filling line directly.
  • Applicable to use in the production of tube with plastic nipple.

【Advantages】

  • Due to film forming of PE inner layer tube on all of the inner surfaces (including the mouth part), protections against damages and chemical resistances are excellent.
  • Even if the outer Aluminium tube is broken, the inner tube will prevent from leaking the product.
  • Since the mouth part (thread part) is integral forming of PE layer, the content is not directly contacted with Aluminium.
  • Clean products are made in our factory that is in accordance with GMP's philosophy.

【Advantages】

  • Self-developed product of aqueous emulsion is used as the inner surface coating material for the AL tube.
  • Although exsiting thermosetting coating includes Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) as solvent , our developped aqueous emulsion as inner coating material does not includ the VOC. The reason is that our developped product is used water as the vehicle to disperse the PE. This will surely lead to make lower the environmant.al load.
  • The contact area of the content product is the inner surface of the PE layer which does not contain the enviromental hormone. This will make the product of having high safety and protection.
  • The inner surface of the PE has both of high flexibility and forming mucous membrane strength.
